Netrunner Access (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides secure network connectivity solutions for individuals and small businesses.
We design, implement and maintain encrypted connectivity and related configurations. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not provide general IT support outside this scope.
You must use the service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include (non-exhaustive): infringement of IP rights, harassment or abuse, unsolicited bulk messaging, scanning or attacking networks, distributing malware, evading sanctions/export controls, or any activity that would cause us or our providers to breach law or policy.
We operate a fair-use policy to protect network stability. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that materially degrade the service for others.
You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and devices. We provide remote onboarding with step-by-step instructions. Reasonable support is included; advanced or bespoke work may be billed separately upon notice.
Fees are shown at checkout or in your agreement. Payments are processed by trusted payment providers; we do not store card details.
Refunds. If you are a UK/EU consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel. By requesting immediate activation you acknowledge the service begins right away and the statutory right to cancel may be lost once activation occurs. If you cancel before activation we will refund the fee in full. Otherwise refunds are at our discretion, except where the law requires.
We strive for high availability but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Planned maintenance and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
We do not inspect or log the content of customer traffic. We may use minimal operational data (e.g., subscription status, node region, aggregate throughput) to run the service and prevent abuse, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access with notice where reasonably possible if: (a) you breach these Terms or applicable law; (b) your use risks harm to the service or others; or (c) non-payment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service will not exceed the fees you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may benefit from mandatory local rights.
