Who we are

Netrunner Access is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with our secure connectivity services and this website.

What we collect

Why we use it (legal bases)

Retention

Billing records are retained as required by UK tax law (typically up to 6 years). Minimal operational data is kept only as long as necessary for service operation and abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymised. We do not retain traffic content.

Sharing

We share data with service providers acting on our instructions, such as payment processors (Stripe, Wise, PayPal), hosting/CDN and email providers, strictly for the purposes above. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Contact us at hello@netrunneraccess.uk.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep risks low.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
